CEPEC en 15th World Congress of Food Science and Technology

La investigadora asociada al Centro de Excelencia en Psicología Económica y del Consumo, Dra. Berta Schnettler, expuso en el 15th World Congress of Food Science and Technology, realizado en Cape Town, South Africa, entre el 22 y 26 de Agosto del 2010.

Los trabajos presentados fueron:
